We value your loyalty just like any good dog would! Now you can earn bones (or points) by referring a friend, sharing our posts on social media, and making purchases. Best of all? Each time you reach a new loyalty tier, you earn bones even faster.

We've enabled a new Points Expiry feature where your bones will expire after ONE YEAR of inactivity. So, if a new member signs up today and does nothing for 365 days, their points will then expire. We count any points transactions, including points earning and spending, to reset their expiration period. As it's uniquely based on each members interactions with the program.

You will receive an email 30 DAYS prior to your expiration date, as well as one 1 DAY prior to your expiration date.
