1. This breed is known as the “Velcro Vizsla”, they originated in Hungary and were created to work as a pointer and retriever.
2. They are hard working dogs and are the happiest when they have a job to do. For a family, this type of job can be hunting, therapy, or a jogging buddy.
3. A Vizsla is an active breed who needs at least 60 mins of exercise every day.
4. Thrive off of human companionship, they love to follow their owners around the house.
5. Sometimes known as the Hungarian Pointer, the Vizsla descends from hunting dogs.
6. They are described as gentle, lively, and affectionate.
