Friends of Norfolk Animal Care Center (FNACC) is a nonprofit committed to supporting the city’s municipal animal shelter and the homeless animals in its care. Through the generosity of its supporters, FNACC funds initiatives such as free monthly spay/neuter clinics, a Pet Pantry that provides food to those in need, foster support, subsidized adoptions, and specialized medical care for animals who need it most.
