Thank you for graciously replacing the fuzzy top that was sent with a sticker stuck right on front....with another one with another sticker stuck right on the front. And in response to my email letting you know it had happened yet again, instead of making sure it was taken care of BY HAND, you informed me of your shipping process and how the labels are automatically stuck on like that, and that NOBODY ELSE WAS COMPLAINING. Also advise on removing the sticker, using rubbing alcohol (made a spot) and/or another product that surely would have left a worse one. I have requested a refund for the item. I'll be packing it off to sleep in 11 months later, as it was 81 today in N Texas. Shame on you, really. My last order was so large it came in a huge box. Lesson learned.

I’m disappointed because there was a tape label that was on the shirt and it messed up the shirt. You can tell that there was a label there. Frustrating because I’ve always liked the brand.
