Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Teddy's Discount, Return & Exchange Paw-licies
- Unwashed Teddy products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Custom Items, Gift Cards, and Mystery items are all final sale. Please contact cs@teddythedog.com if you received a custom or mystery item that may be damaged or incorrectly printed.
- Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Discounts do not stack. The discount that offers the greatest savings will be applied to the order.
- During free shipping promotions, only domestic shipping will be discounted. We do not currently offer free international shipping.
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to wholesale orders.
- If the postal service shows your package was delivered to your shipping address but you cannot locate it, contact your local carrier/post office or USPS/UPS. Once we ship and the shipping carrier confirms delivery, it's truly out of our hands. We are happy to provide you with any information you might need to file your claim with the carrier that confirmed delivery of your order
- If your package cannot be delivered or is refused upon delivery, you will be charged the return shipping fee as well as a 10% re-stocking fee.
- For a small fee we can send your package via Certified Mail (required signature upon delivery). To arrange this, contact cs@teddythedog.com
- We can only accept items purchased direct from teddythedog.com since independent retail stores have their own return policies and records of purchases.
- Once we process your return, if you requested a refund, you will receive an email with the refunded amount. The refund takes 3-11 business days to go back into your account, depending on your banking institution.
- If you received a Teddy item as a gift and have the email address or name of the person who purchased your gift, we can do some detective work and we'll get things sorted out. The gift giver will never know :)
- Have a hiccup? Don't get your tail in a twist. To see if cancellation/modification is possible, just have your people contact my people at cs@teddythedog.com or 844-344-3647 x 1. Too late to cancel? You can always return any eligible items after you've recieved them.
