Nice shirt, ridiculously slow shipping

I love Teddy the Dog shirts. However, the last time 3 times I've ordered, I've had to email to find out where my items are. The website says 3-5 business yet I still have to email about my items after 14 days. Then they usually ship the next day. I wonder how long I would have to wait if I didn't email the company.

Logo doesn’t last:(

I love teddy and this shirt, but logo/iron on doesn’t last and cracks after a few washes on cold and low dry. I have teddy stuff from 22’ and logo is still in perfect condition.
