Love my sweatshirt dress, but the neck was very puckery. Sent you pictures and you agreed. Sent the defective dress back and you still charged me seven dollar shipping.😳. Very disappointed! Sadly, I will no longer be doing business with Teddy the dog. Unless, perhaps this was a mistake???
