WHAT A DISASTER!!

The item shown on the website is NOT what was sent. I received a pre-worn, pre-washed and stained/tie dyed (?) shirt! I bought a few items a while back, but found a competitor that I liked better from a quality and design perspective, because Life is Good! Decided I wanted to try Teddy again because of a couple of cute designs for Halloween.

The good news, I purchased the "free" returns option (oxymoron!?!). However, exchanging doesn't appear to be an option, or at least it's not clear in the return instructions. Since I bought one sweatshirt at regular price with a discount on the 2nd, now if I re-order it, I don't get the sale price or free shipping!

Overall a really bad experience. Not even a "sorry', or a "we really don't sell this bad of a product", or "we'll make it right". NOTHING from customer service. Just print this return label.

Last purchase from this store. Too many competitors to put up with products and customer service this bad. Sorry, Teddy.

Thought it would be a richer color and this was absolutely huge on me because I am short, 5'2", but chubby, lol. Was disappointed but will still wear it at home in the cold winter months.
