East Tennessee Bloodhound Rescue & Sanctuary is a small nonprofit animal rescue located in the quiet backwoods of Powell, Tennessee, dedicated to giving dogs a second chance at a happy, healthy life. Every dog is adopted into an approved home only after being fully vetted, including vaccinations, heartworm testing and treatment if needed, and spay/neuter surgery. In addition to adoptions, they provide lifelong care for senior dogs who may never find a home, ensuring they live out their golden years in comfort, safety, and love.
