Absolutely horrible customer service

I ordered a personalized fleece for my pup. It arrived with a big sticker on it that ruined the blanket once removed. I had to send it back and got the replacement once again with that same sticker??? Now multiple phone calls and emails before you got back to me with my return label and a trip back to the post office and I had to print the sticker and use my tape etc etc. I get the same exact problem?? Waste of my resources I paid for and my gas and time!
I spoke to them on the phone and emailed saying no sticker and yet they did that again? I was told it was a new employee and it would not happen again? It did!!
Total junk now.
Don’t waste your money. They don’t pay attention to detail and send defective items out TWICE! This is just careless and incompetent and twice now? Please do the right thing and Refund my money! I have contacted my credit card company to complain I got defective merchandise TWICE. Absolutely Ridiculous.
Train your people. Stop putting sticky stickers on material that is ruined once you remove it? That’s common sense????
