The Corgi picture looks more like a bear. The material is not warm as described online (it’s silky); the size large is too big; did not hear of my color choice being sold out until I questioned when order would be shipped - the substitute color (white) is unappealing. I paid the extra dollar to return if dissatisfied. How do I do this?
