It shrank 2 sizes after washing

This is a super cute tee but I washed it according to the instructions, as I have washed my Teddy shirts for years, and it shrank 7 inches (from 49 to 42) in the chest so that I can’t possibly wear it. Now I’m trying to get my money back. There has definitely been a decrease in quality because this has never happened before and I’m very disappointed.
