Have trouble with your sizes. Nowhere do I find if it's men or women. I reordered it in medium this time but the fitting feels like for men. Love these but I can't keep reordering a smaller size

I ordered this shirt from the "Garage Sale" site. The description said the the shirts were made with a neck opening larger than specs, which is why they were in the garage sale. So, I ordered the same size I usually buy, but when the shirts arrived, they were outsized all over, not just the neck. I am trying to find out if it can be exchanged.
