Briggs Animal Adoption Center, the flagship adoption center of The National Humane Education Society, has been providing care to homeless, neglected, and abused animals since 2000. Operating solely on donations, the no-kill facility has remained committed to never turning its back on animals in need.
Due to a devastating decline in funding, the organization has been forced to keep its kennels and cattery at less than 25% capacity, leaving countless animals along with overcrowded neighboring shelters without hope.
